Program Outcomes (POs)
1. Knowledge of Business, Management and Global Acceptability:
Students will possess in-depth knowledge in the field of management in local and global perspectives. They will be able to conceptualize and solve managerial problems, evaluate a wide range of potential solutions for those problems and arrive at feasible, optimal solutions after considering public health and safety, cultural, societal and environmental factors in the core areas of expertise at the national and international levels.
2. Analytical and Critical Thinking
Students will be able to extract data/information relevant to unknown industry issues through literature review and experiments for decision making by applying appropriate research methodologies, techniques and tools, design, conduct survey, analyze and interpret data, demonstrate outcomes and view issues in a broader perspective, submit a report about the study in management.
3. Functional Specialization:
Students will demonstrate the ability to understand management in operational functions like Marketing, Finance, HR, etc.,. Also they will be able to exhibit abilities to understand and obtain meaningful suggestions about organizational performance.
4. Value Based Leadership Ability:
Acquire intrapersonal and interpersonal skills, cognitive abilities and the shared beliefs and assumptions of self and the team to work effectively in achieving organizational goals, contributing effectively to the team environment.
5. Ethical Decision Making
Develop skills and judgment to make ethical decisions in complex business situations, by understanding, analyzing and communicating global, economical, legal aspects of business and needs and goals of different stakeholders in diverse cultures.
